Start the day with a meditative morning class focussing on proper pranamayam techniques and how to incorporate these into your daily life to boost immunity

Ira Trivedi is a celebrated yoga teacher and author. She is the founder of Ira Yoga Wellness and the Director of the Being Yoga Festival. She teaches globally and has shows on India Today and Doordarshan. She is one of BBC’s 100 most influential women in the world (2017). She has authored several best-selling books on yoga and beyond that are published globally.

Flexibility Hacks  with Maiween Vinchon 

Maïwenn will share with you her personal journey of flexibility as a trained ballerina and yoga professional. Increasing flexibility in the body helps release tensions accumulated in your body and mind. This session is a must for those who want to increase their flexibility and get more comfortable with their body movement.

Yin Yoga  with Ankita Gulati 

Yin Yoga is a slow paced, soothing, meditative style incorporating long held passive postures. Think of it as therapy for your joints, tissues and mind! Come join us for this sacred pause.

Ankita Gulati is a yoga teacher, sound healer, a wellness and mindfulness enthusiast from New Delhi, India .She teaches various styles of yoga- Hatha, Yin and Ashtanga. For Ankita, yoga is all about the journey because it is a lifetime practice and a way of life.

Celebrity yogini Sunaina Rekhi will teach yogic techniques and share stories and tips from her personal yoga journey to overcome stress, trauma and spread positivity around the world. 

 

Sunaina Rekhi is a celebrity yoga teacher and global icon in health and lifestyle, she has represented the country at the UN headquarters in New York and taught leaders of the world in spirituality, politics and diplomacy. She travels and leads groups on Yoga & Ayurveda retreats all over the world.

Kids Yoga  with Lonekke

A fun filled yoga class for all the young yogis with the super talented Lonneke who is a child yoga specialist from Amsterdam and the UAE. Yoga can help solve all sorts of issues, like low focus, decreased concentrations, mood swings and others. Come join us for this wonderful class. Open for kids of ALL AGES. Parents must be present.

Yoga for Yummy Mummies  with Aanchal Pilani 

Motherhood is a challenging time. It's very easy to lose sight of your own body and feel mentally unequipped. As a mother of a 3.5 and 2 year old, Anchal will speak about easy and practical yoga tips that allowed her to spring back to her pre-birth body and mind.

Anchal Pilani is a certified yoga teacher and nutritionist who has taught globally.

Dr. Cijith Sreedhar BNYS, a Yoga Naturopathy graduate from JSS INYS Coimbatore, is an expert in holistic healing and lifestyle modification. He strongly professes that every individual is responsible for their health and no doctors or medicine can do it for us. Being an Internationally Certified NLP practitioner, he strongly believes that a person is made by one’s thoughts and values and thus he incorporates Mind Modification modalities as a powerful tool in healing. With 14 years of professional experience, he is currently working as Chief Doctor at the award winning  Prakriti Shakti- Clinic of Natural Medicine by CGH earth.

In this session Pooja will guide you through a meditation which will be a deeply relaxing session to rest, rejuvenate and release stress, This meditation session will provide you with a window to yourself and help find you a pathway to freedom by allowing a deep release of long-held emotional and mental tension.

Conquering PCOS with Yukti Agarwal 

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome or PCOS is one of the most common diseases among women, especially the newer generation of young girls. Yukti will talk about how she conquered PCOS without any hormone-altering drugs and merely through the use of yoga asana practice, diet and nutrition changes, and a positive mindset in this hybrid meditation, yoga and discussion session.  

Yukti Agarwal studies the intersection of Contemplative and Meditative Studies and visual art at Brown University and Rhode Island School of Design. Her practice is rooted in personal evolvement and progression as a woman using yoga and art as catharsis.
